Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN)

Facility: Rochester General Hospital

Assignment Details:

• Shift Type: Rotating (Day/Night)
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: April 21, 2025
• End Date: July 19, 2025
• On-Call: Not required
• Type: Travel Contract
• Schedule: Expected to work every other weekend and every other holiday

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care hospital experience (not LTC)
• Certifications:
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Licensure: Must meet facility/state requirements
• Assignment: LPN candidate must be capable of handling their own assignment

Additional Information:

• Floating is expected to MS/Tele units as needed
• If floating to ICU or ER, responsibilities will include care for MedSurg-level patients or serving as helping hands
• Facility reserves the right to call off up to 3 shifts during a 13-week contract, and 2 shifts for contracts under 13 weeks
• Local candidates are eligible for this position
